Hi, I’m Brent Dillon. I believe real estate transactions should be governed by precision and literacy rather than emotion and generalities. My approach provides a multidisciplinary lens to serving the Lake Norman waterfront communities of Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson, Mooresville, Denver, Sherrills Ford, Terrell, Troutman, Statesville, Catawba, Mount Mourne and Iron Station, Charlotte and Asheville housing markets—that traditional brokerage models cannot replicate.
By integrating nine years of Pharma/MED data expertise, the technical discipline of an Airline and Military Pilot, and the pedagogical background of a Master of Education (M.Ed.), I provide my clients with “Market Literacy”—the ability to see past the headlines and understand the actual flight path of the data.

I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Oklahoma and a B.S. in Aeronautical Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. As a State-Certified Teacher in Florida and former USPTA Certified Elite Tennis Professional, I provide the instructional design you need to master the variables of complex markets, from the Charlotte Metro to the mountains of Asheville.
Mission-Critical Precision: The Zizzelligence™ Foundation
My standards were forged in high-pressure military environments where data accuracy was a matter of life and death. I began my service in the Infantry (11B), which led to the U.S. Air Force, where I qualified as a KC-135 Crew Chief.
Driven by a passion for technical analysis, I transitioned to the U.S. Army as an Aerial Intelligence Specialist (96H), operating the OV-1 Mohawk turboprop. This “Intelligence First” mindset is the literal DNA of Zizzelligence™. After being accepted into Warrant Officer Flight Training at Fort Rucker (Initial Entry Rotary Wing) and completing the Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC), I served in a UH-1 Huey MEDEVAC unit—where precision logistics and split-second timing were the daily standard.
Tactical Leadership & High-Altitude Expertise
I was later selected for the UH-60 Black Hawk transition, followed by Officer Candidate School (OCS) and the Aviation Officer Basic Course (AOBC). My deployment to Aviano Air Base, Italy, in support of international efforts earned me the Kosovo Campaign Medal and solidified my expertise in large-scale mission planning.
Furthermore, my qualification at the High Altitude Training Site (HATS) taught me to calculate environmental “Friction Factors” and performance limits—skills I now apply to Lake Norman’s 760′ line and bridge clearance audits.
From Medical Data to Market Analytics
Beyond the cockpit, I spent nearly a decade as a high-level Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Regenerative Sales Consultant. Navigating the strict regulatory and data-driven world of hospital sales sharpened my ability to audit complex assets and identify Functional Obsolescence that generic automated estimates (like Zestimates) simply cannot see.
Today, as an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII/MEI), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), I apply that same “Pre-Flight” rigor to every property valuation and market update at Southern Homes of the Carolinas.
