Advanced ZizzyHouz Search
See the search below to find any property in the MLS. Type in a city, community, zip code, anything you’d like to search. After you click the advanced search + underneath the box, additional options will appear for you to choose from. Take a minute and click the advanced search and see the dropdown is loaded with great search options.
Here are some search criteria that have drop down lists: School district or school | Year Built | Days on site | Lot Size | Square feet | MLS # | Status | Open house | Price Change | HOA/Condo/Coop Fees which are all drop downs.
Below that, you will find tabs: General features | Interior features | Exterior features | Community features.

You’ll see a number of screenshots illustrating the different drop downs and tabs in the actual search. As you select different property attributes, they will be lined up underneath the search bar. After you search, you can then save you properties by completing the sign up form. You can also have it send you emails daily based on your search criteria.
